Okay, you know I get jacked up over "silly" things from time to time ("silly" only because I seem to give a crap when others don't..) .. today it's the "Word of the Day" definition, of all things...

The "Word for the Day" on google today is - vagrant.

vagrant
(noun) One who wanders from place to place without a permanent home or a means of livelihood.
Synonyms:drifter, vagabond, floater
Usage:When things started disappearing from their backyard, they began to suspect the vagrant who had recently been roaming the streets.

So, they go with the dictionary definition for the word.. but then in the "usage" they imply that these people are also thieves. Worthy of suspicion. Etc etc etc..

That leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. As if the homeless don't have enough to deal with. Surely they could have used the word properly in a sentence without being so.. incendiary?
