I don't, however, understand it. There's lots of cheap art, and you can make it yourself too -- why do we need a manifesto? Or are they saying that there shouldn't be expensive art?
I don't know what their take on it is.. I just liked it because it, for me at least, keys into the idea that everyone can make art. And that feeding your inner artist doesn't need to cost money.
